Every Custom Resume includes a “Read Me” with important instructions on how to edit your template. Simply unzip the folder and open the text document to learn more.
Your download will have several folders. Each folder has a text file with external links to the proper fonts used in each document. The first thing you’ll need to do is to install them onto your computer. It’s important you do this before attempting to edit any documents otherwise your resume may not look correct.

Next, each folder contains three different versions of your document in PSD, PDF, and DOCX formats. These are fully revisable in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word respectively.
The easiest file to edit is the PSD file. Intermediate is the PDF file, and revising the DOCX file is tricky.
If you do not have Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, or Microsoft Word, there are some great (free) online tools at Photopea (PSD), Sedja (PDF), & Google Docs (DOCX) to help you edit your resume.
Lastly, when you’re ready to combine two or more files into one document to apply with– simply merge the files together in Adobe Acrobat. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, you can merge files together online on PDFmerge (for free) then download your final product!
You can pay by credit card or PayPal when purchasing a Custom Resume template. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express, Discover, and most other credit & debit cards.
Depending on the country in which the purchase is made, you may be charged a service fee when paying by credit card.
Your Custom Resume package is instantly unlocked upon purchase. You will be provided with all the documents in revisable Word, PDF, and Photoshop files. Just click and download from the Custom Resumes site! An invoice will be provided to you via email documenting your purchase.
Your invoice email will also contain a private unlimited download link to your purchase which you can save for a later date.
We accept most every major debit or credit card and Custom Resumes uses either Stripe, Paypal, or Braintree as credit card payment processors.
These reputable companies are very secure and have standards in place to protect your purchases. Stripe is one of the most accepted payment solutions on the web (click here for a list of marketplaces using Stripe). For more information Stripe’s security features, click here.

If you have trouble with an order and paid through Paypal, you have 180 days from the time of purchase to file a dispute with Paypal for a refund. How to file a dispute with Paypal: here.

You should receive an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchased Documents” section.
If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one. We recommend that you check there.
Your invoice will also contain hyperlinks to all of the downloads you purchased, so we recommend saving that email for your records.
